Assessment Purpose | The purpose of this assessment is • to improve the writing skills through legal analysis which they will learn from Week 1-6 topics regarding the Australian legal system and Business law areas. • its emphasis on critical thinking and requires students to apply these skills to the identification and resolution of legal problems through legal analysis and as they apply to business. • This practise will help students to find out a solution of a legal problem. |
Assessment Instructions | In this assessment, you will need to complete the following steps: 1. In-Class test will be based on materials covered in week 1 -6. 2. Scenario based legal problems will be given to find out a solution 3. A list of Scenario based legal problems will be discussed during in class workshop activities which will help students to prepare for the test. 4. Students need to follow the IRAC (Identification of Issues, Specific Rules, Application of the rules and Conclusion) methods to find out a solution. 5. Students will answer four questions out of five. |
